How do I contact Customer Service?
Customer service for your credit card may be reached at 1-800-655-1491, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

What should I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?
If your card has been lost or stolen, please notify FIA Card Services immediately by calling 1-800-655-1491 , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

 

What is the difference between my "current balance" and "available credit"?
Your current balance is the total of all the posted transactions as of the previous business day. Your available credit is the amount that is figured by taking your credit limit and subtracting your current balance (or amount already used) plus any outstanding authorizations that have not posted yet.

**Note: This amount can change throughout the day as charges come in. For example: Hotel merchants may use your Credit Card to make a reservation, but once you arrive at the hotel you may pay them with a check. Therefore the Hotel could withhold $200.00 of your available credit, until you fulfill payments to them.

 

 

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. You can pay your Regions credit card bill through RegionsNet Online Banking with Bill Pay or by logging on to your credit card account here.

If you are not currently enrolled in RegionsNet Online Banking, click here. Please remember to initiate bill payments at least 5 days before the payment due date.

 

 

Why was my online gambling charge declined?

To insure the highest quality of service to our Regions Revolving Credit customers there are certain charges which statistically carry more fraud liability. Internet casino or online gambling websites are considered to carry high fraud liability, for this purpose we have chosen to decline all incoming charges from these types of merchants. We have made this decision to better protect our customers.

 

 

How do I get a Regions Bank WorldPoints® Platinum Plus® Credit Card?

How do I earn points?

Point earnings are based on the new net retail purchases (purchases less credits, returns and adjustments) charged to your Regions Bank WorldPoints® Platinum Plus® Credit Card. You earn 1 point for every $1 in net purchases.

 

 

How do I redeem my points?

You may redeem by phone at (800) 433-5662, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or online, click here.

 

 

When are my points available to redeem?

Points are not eligible for redemption until they appear on your statement.

 

 

Can I download my credit card information into Quicken®, Microsoft Money®, or Quickbooks?

You can download your credit card information into Quicken and Microsoft Money. However, information may not be downloaded into Quickbooks. Consumer customers, please click here to download card information or call (800) 655-1491.

How can I request a Credit Limit increase?

Consumer cardholders can call (800) 655-1491 and business customers should contact (800) 892-3219, or click here and log on to submit your credit line request online. For requests submitted during normal hours the decision should be made within 30 minutes.
