Lost/Stolen Checks After reporting your loss, a Regions banker will then walk you through the process of stopping payments on checks and/or closing your checking and savings accounts. In order to expedite this process, try to locate your account numbers, make a list of outstanding checks that you have written and their amount, and provide the check numbers that are missing.
Lost/Stolen Visa CheckCards If your CheckCard has been misplaced or stolen, a Regions banker will disable your current card and order you a new card once you report it. You will receive your new card in the mail within 7 to 10 business days.
If you are attempting to stop payment on an ACH draft, you must provide the exact amount of the draft or the stop payment can not be placed.
