What can I do with Telephone Banking?
  • Check current balances on personal checking, savings, money market, CD / IRA, installment loan, Regions Visa®, line of credit, and most business checking accounts.
  • Get up to 30 days of account activity for your Regions checking and savings accounts.
  • Transfer funds between many of your Regions accounts.
  • Bill Payment – pay one bill at a time or create groups of bills to be paid at the same time, even on a recurring basis.
  • Apply for Regions accounts.
  • Speak to a Regions Banker.



How much does Telephone Banking cost?
There is no charge for Telephone Banking with funds transfers and bill pay.



Can I get my account balances via the telephone?
Yes, you can get the following personal account balances through Telephone Banking:
  • Checking
  • Savings
  • Money Market
  • Regions Visa®
  • Lines of Credit
  • Installment Loans
  • Certificates of Deposit (CD)
  • IRA (only CD based IRAs)
