Announced on March 16, the "Best of the Web: Gomez 2009 Gomez 2009 Web Performance Awards" report showcases the leaders in Web site performance across six industries – retail, finance, travel, media, healthcare, and government – based on Gomez's Web and mobile performance benchmark analysis of over 2,000 brands in 2009. This year marks the first time Gomez has presented web performance awards by categories such as online banking.
