In 1963, Grizzle opened a tire store that is now known as Jim Grizzle Tire Company Inc. in Fort Smith, Ark. In March of 1999, he opened a store a second location in Van Buren, Ark. The two locations sell tires and provide automotive repair and maintenance services to these communities and surrounding areas.
As a former SEC athlete managing a small business, Grizzle has carried his team dedication and commitment to quality over into the culture of his company.
