Benefits Enrollment 2016

Welcome to your online guide for associate benefits.

Everything you need to know to participate in the 2016 Benefits Open Enrollment. All benefits eligible associates must make 2016 benefits elections between November 2 and November 13.

Benefits eligible associates who do enroll or actively waive coverage during Open Enrollment will be defaulted into the Core Medical Plan option (associate-only coverage) for 2016. If you have medical coverage elsewhere, you must enter the enrollment system and waive coverage. Each year, you must enroll to have benefits coverage for medical (other than the default plan), dental, vision, health flexible spending account, dependent care account, group legal insurance or AD&D.

Open Enrollment is the only time of year you can add or remove eligible dependents without a qualifying life event. Qualifying life event changes must be consistent with the event, be requested within 31 days of the event and be supported with proper documentation. Newly hired associates must enroll online within 31 days of your date of hire in order to receive benefits. Associates who do not enroll or actively waive coverage will be enrolled in the Core Medical Plan (associate-only coverage) and company provided benefits (Basic Life, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability).

Plan information is available to current, retired and potential associates at any time. Click Summary Plan Descriptions, Benefits Enrollment or Benefits Handbook for detailed materials and information. Current associates may review their elections and make beneficiary designations online at any time by clicking ENROLL NOW and entering My Workday@Regions.
