Everything you need to know to participate in the 2015 Benefits@Regions. Enrollment is quick, easy, and can be done conveniently at work or home.
Newly hired associates must enroll through My Workday@Regions within 31 days of your date of hire in order to receive benefits other than company provided benefits. Associates who do not enter the system will be enrolled in the Core Medical Plan (associate-only coverage) and company provided benefits (Basic Life, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability). If you have medical coverage elsewhere, you will need to enter My WorkDay@Regions and waive coverage.
Review the Enrollment Guide and 2015 Enrollment Materials to help you select the benefits that best fit the needs of you and your family. Next click ENROLL NOW to access the My Workday@Regions system. You will then click on your INBOX icon and then click the New Hire Enrollment task to complete your enrollment. Open Enrollment, in the fall of each year, is the only time of year you can add or remove eligible dependents without a qualifying life event. Qualifying life event changes must be consistent with the event, be requested within 31 days of the event and be supported with proper documentation. Plan information is available to current and retired associates as well as all Regions applicants at anytime. Click Summary Plan Descriptions, Benefits Enrollment, Benefits Handbook for detailed materials and information. Current associates may review their elections and make beneficiary designations online at any time by clicking ENROLL NOW.
