How To Enroll

Once you have reviewed the Regions benefit materials and determined the benefit mix that will best suit your needs, access the My Workday@Regions to enroll in the Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Disability (AD&D), Flexible Spending and Legal Plans. You must re-enroll in these plans each year for continued participation.

Enrollment in the 401k Plan can be done via 401k.regions.com once you have received your enrollment packet at your home address. 


Enrolling via My Workday@Regions is easy and convenient and can be completed in just a few minutes. You can enroll from home or work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during your enrollment window.

For step-by-step instructions, access the Navigate Benefits Enrollment Aid. You will receive a Benefit Enrollment notification in your Workday inbox.

You must proceed through the enrollment process completely and select the “submit” button to save your elections. If you exit the site before confirming your choices, your elections will not be saved and you will not be enrolled in any benefits (except for associate-only Core Medical Plan coverage and company-paid Basic Life Insurance and Disability).
