How To Enroll

By selecting ENROLL NOW you can enroll in the Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Disability (AD&D), Flexible Spending and Legal Plans. You must re-enroll in these plans each year for continued participation.

Enrollment in the 401k Plan can be done via 401k.regions.com once you have received your enrollment packet at your home address.  You may enroll in Virgin Pulse after you have received your first paycheck or anytime thereafter.


Enrolling via the Web site is easy and convenient and can be completed in just a few minutes. You can enroll from home or work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during your enrollment window.

STEP 1 Access the Regions Enrollment Web site at http://benefits.regions.com.

STEP 2 Once you've accessed the site, you’ll need the following to LOGIN:
Employee ID: Social Security number with no dashes
Password: DDYYYY (two-digit day of birth and four-digit year of birth)
You must change your password upon entry to the system.

STEP 3 Click on "Enroll Now"

STEP 4 Enter and/or edit your dependent information, making sure to verify it for accuracy.

STEP 5 Enter and/or edit your beneficiary designations for your Basic Life, Optional Life and AD&D insurance.
Please note that you cannot continue past this point without entering beneficiary information.

STEP 6 Make benefit elections for the medical, dental, vision, legal, health flexible spending account (FSA), dependent day care account (DCA), optional life insurance and optional AD&D Plans.

You must proceed through the enrollment process completely and select the “finish” button to save your elections. If you exit the site before confirming your choices, your elections will not be saved and you will not be enrolled in any benefits (except for associate-only Core Medical Plan coverage and company-paid Basic Life Insurance and Disability).

STEP 7 Print your Benefits Enrollment Confirmation! Check your confirmation carefully before exiting the online benefits system. If you see a problem or want to make a change, simply go back to the benefits section and modify your election.

A Benefits Enrollment Confirmation will be e-mailed to your secure Regions e-mail account. If you do not have a Regions e-mail account, a confirmation will be mailed to your home.
