Asset Based Facilities: Regions Business Capital provides loans based on accounts receivable, inventory, machinery and equipment, owner occupied real estate and intangibles. By utilizing your assets, these loans generally require fewer covenants, allowing you to focus on your business goals rather than worrying about the financial constraints of traditional financing.
Asset Based Facilities with a cash flow component: We will lend in excess of the asset collateral based on a company’s cash flow strength and stability.
