Audit Confirmations

Frequently CPA services need to submit audit confirmation requests for our mutual clients’ cash and debt accounts to complete their annual audits each year.

Regions Bank is pleased to provide three different options for submitting audit confirmations:

Option 1: Online

Regions has partnered with Capital Confirmation, Inc. to provide CPAs with an online alternative for submitting audit confirmations. Once you enroll with Capital Confirmation's solution Confirmation.com, a highly secure, third-party, authenticated channel for completing Regions Bank audit confirmations will be established.


 
Option 2: Mail

To submit an audit confirmation by mail, address the request to:

Note: Regions will honor the CPA's request to send the response by fax or mail but will not do both. If both are requested the response will only be mailed. Responses will not be sent by email.


 
Option 3: Fax
To submit an audit confirmation by facsimile, fax it to:
