Commercial Check Imaging Solutions

Regions Bank offers various check imaging solutions to help meet the unique needs of your business. These check imaging products allow you to easily and conveniently identify and verify your checks paid and/or issued for faster account reconciliation.

Regions offers a variety of imaging solutions delivered via CD, DVD, or online through iTreasury or you may access the Commercial Check Imaging archive via the internet. View the below list of the available imaging solutions and features to find the one that best meets the needs of your business:

  • Paid Item CD – Check images can be delivered either through CD (holds approximately 8,000 images) or DVD (holds approximately 56,000 images). Both CD and the DVD are password protected, contains six months of rolling index and a self-extracting viewer is preloaded. No Internet connection is required and items can be directly exported from the CD. Users will have the ability to view, print and export images and the index data.
  • Deposit Item CD – Check images can be delivered either through CD (holds approximately 8,000 images) or DVD (holds approximately 56,000 images). Both CD and the DVD are password protected, contains six months of rolling index and a self-extracting viewer is preloaded. No Internet connection is required and items can be directly exported from the CD. Users will have the ability to view, print and export images and the index data. Just like Paid Item CDs the Deposit Item CD allows users to search for items by account number, date and/or amount. In addition, users can print the front, back or both sides of a check.
  • Commercial Check Image Archive – Contains images of paid checks which are archived on the site for seven years. The Commercial Check Image Archive provides users the convenience of accessing the images through the internet while offering administrators the ability to limit account access to certain approved employees.
  • iTreasury Paid Check Imaging – Provides 90 days of check image history which can be exported. Users can easily search items across all their accounts.
  • iTreasury Deposit Item Imaging – Provides six months of check image history and allows users the ability to search for deposit tickets before viewing.
  • Image Statement – Incorporates the front of check images, 18 per page, within account statements. For record keeping purposes, statements can be printed on three-hole punched paper.
