Stu joined Regions in August 2008 to head up the RBC national underwriting group. Before joining Regions, Stu spent 28 years with another major financial institution, working in various Asset-based Lending capacities including Leveraged Finance, Private Equity Group Lending, Large Corporate Lending, and Middle-market Corporate Banking. His most recent position was the head of underwriting for the Southeast for that institution. Prior to his time in banking, Stu spent four years with Deloitte and Touche in their audit group. He is a CPA and a member of both the AICPA and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Stu earned an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Rutgers University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Buffalo. |
