Regions Claims Management is a multi-faceted independent adjusting firm and Third Party Administrator. Our organization encompasses the former Rebsamen Insurance, Insurisk Management Services, Carlisle Adjustment Company, and Stoneville Claim Services, as well as the original Crockett Adjustment. We have a long history of expert cost effective claims handling in the State of Arkansas and surrounding areas dating back to 1974.

Over the years, Regions Claims Management has established a unique and powerful history of growth and performance in Arkansas. Our home office and base of operations is in Little Rock as it has been since 1975. We also employ resident adjusters throughout Arkansas and other areas to enable handling of your assignments cost effectively over a large geographical area. We also maintain an office in Memphis, Tennessee and Columbus, Ohio. From our state of the art facility in Little Rock, we service claims throughout Arkansas and frequently handle assignments in Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. In addition to Little Rock serving as our home office and base, it is also where our Third Party Administrative (TPA) services are housed.

Presently, we are a licensed TPA firm in the following states: Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, and Ohio. When warranted, we have opened satellite offices in states where we perform TPA services, and in states where our clients have requested a physical presence in close proximity to their business. Regions Claims Management has represented over 300 insurance companies, self-insured entities, and municipalities. This has given us experience with every type of claim, and losses of all magnitudes.
