When will our Integrity Bank accounts convert to Regions accounts? |
|
|
As of the close of business on Thursday, November 20, 2008, personal and business deposit accounts, certain deposit-related loans and account services will convert to Regions Bank’s systems. |

Will we get new account numbers? |
|
|
Yes. All personal and business checking, savings, money market, CD and IRA accounts will receive new account numbers. New account numbers will consist of a three-digit numerical prefix plus the current account number. Separate mailings with your new account number(s) will be sent shortly after November 20. Current account number(s) will remain valid until your new account number(s) are received. |

When will we get new documents for checking and money market accounts? |
|
|
You will receive new documents for checking and money market account(s) shortly after November 20.
- For personal checking accounts, you will receive a set of starter checks with your new account number. You can also get a free first full order of 150 single, duplicate, top stub, or end stub checks or 250 home desk style checks by visiting your branch or calling Harland Clarke at 1-888-784-5296.
- For business and commercial checking accounts, you will receive a set of starter checks with your new account number. You can get a free first full order of 252 single or duplicate style checks with 200 deposit tickets, or checks three-to-a-page with a Value Pack or Computer Value Pack by calling Harland Clarke Business Solutions at 1-877-275-4427.
- For business money market accounts, you will receive a set of money market documents with your new account number. You can order deposit and withdrawal tickets for savings accounts by visiting your branch or calling Harland Clarke at 1-888-784-5296.
- For savings accounts, you should visit your branch for deposit or withdrawal tickets.
- You will be asked to destroy your existing Integrity Bank documents when you receive a full supply of Regions documents. Integrity Bank checks will no longer be processed as of January 31, 2009.
- Beginning November 21, if you order checks and deposit tickets from a source other than Regions, you must contact your local branch or banker for a new Regions check specification sheet before placing your next order.

Are there any changes to recurring deposits, payment and transfers? |
|
- Direct deposit of payroll, government or other recurring deposits to Integrity Bank accounts will continue without interruption.
- Recurring payments and transfers will continue as before, with no change to your current arrangements, except for certain CD, Time Deposit and IRA payments.
- If you have certain Integrity Bank loans that have recurring payments and transfers on an electronic basis, you may receive further notification and information regarding changes to your accounts

Are there any changes to deposit account statements? |
|
- Deposit account statements will be mailed at about the same time of the month as before the conversion.
- You will receive a final Integrity Bank statement reflecting activity from your last statement date through November 20. Any accrued interest will be applied, and monthly account fees, if applicable, will be waived. Your first Regions statement will reflect transaction activity from November 21 through your next statement date.
- Beginning November 21, you will receive a Regions statement with a new format that is easy to read and understand.
- You will receive a separate statement for each account.
- The new statement will show the fronts of checks, with 18 images printed per page. All image statements will be printed in this format.
- You can view check images, front and back, online.
- With Regions’ free Online Statement service, you also can view statements online. Starting November 21, up to 18 months of check images and online statements will begin to accrue.

Are there any changes to funds availability? |
|
- Funds availability may be different from current availability. You should carefully read the Disclosure Booklet for more details.
- Cut-off times for making deposits with same-day credit may be different than in the past and will be displayed at each branch. Following are the cut-off times for same-day deposits for former Integrity Bank branches as of November 21, 2008:
- Alpharetta, 11140 State Bridge Rd, Alpharetta: 4 p.m. ET
- South Forsyth, 445 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming: 4 p.m. ET
- Duluth, 1581 Satellite Blvd, Duluth: 4 p.m. ET
- Vinings, 1650 Cumberland Parkway SE, Smyrna: 2 p.m. ET

How much FDIC insurance do I have? |
|
- Deposits you had with Integrity Bank as of August 29, 2008, will have separate FDIC insurance coverage for six months from that date (or in the case of time deposits, until the first maturity date after the six-month period), according to the rules, regulations and coverage limits of the FDIC.
- At the end of this period, these deposits will be combined with your Regions Bank deposits for the purposes of FDIC insurance coverage.
- If you have both Regions and Integrity deposits, you may wish to contact a branch associate to discuss how your accounts may be structured to maximize FDIC insurance coverage

What do you need to know about inactive accounts? |
|
- Any checking or money market account (except Free Checking accounts) that has no customer-initiated activity for a period of 90 days will receive quarterly statements. Monthly statements will be sent with any subsequent customer-initiated activity.
- Free Checking accounts that have no customer-initiated activity for a period of 90 days may convert to a Check-for-Less account.

Are there any changes to the Account Analysis statement? |
|
- Beginning November 21, Account Analysis statements will have a new, user-friendly format.
- If you have chosen to receive a statement, your Analysis statement will be printed around the eighth calendar day of the month.
- The service charge will reflect activity from the previous month, and will post to your account around the ninth calendar day of the month.
- Regions iTreasury offers an online Account Analysis statement available around the 10th calendar day of the month.
- TMA codes will no longer print on statements. You should ask your banker about other services available that can assist with this need.

Are there any changes to time deposits, certificates of deposit (CDs) and IRAs? |
|
- Time deposit, CD and IRA accounts will continue with the same interest rate and term until maturity. In addition, the bump feature will remain in place until maturity for 12 month bump CDs and IRAs.
- Interest will continue to be credited on the same schedule as today.
- There will be no changes if you currently have interest credited back to your time deposit, CD or IRA, or automatically deposited into a checking or savings account, or sent directly to them by check.
- If you currently have interest payments transferred to another financial institution, a check will now be sent directly to them, or you can instruct Regions to have interest transferred to your Regions accounts.
- At maturity, time deposits and CDs -- including CDs in IRAs -- automatically will renew for the same term at the interest rate in effect at that time, unless funds are withdrawn. Twelve month bump CDs and IRAs will renew automatically as regular CDs and IRAs, and the option to bump the rate no longer will be available.
- Regions automatically will replace Integrity Bank as the IRA custodian/trustee.

Are there any changes to tax withholding for Integrity Bank checking account interest payments? |
|
- Regions offers automatic withholding at the 28 percent level.
- In the past, you have been able to choose the amount of federal income tax you wanted withheld as a percentage of the interest payment.
- A letter is being sent to you to explain that beginning November 21, 2008, you no longer will be able to choose the percentage withheld, and the percentage withheld will be changed to 28 percent for all interest payments.
- If you want to discontinue automatic withholding at 28 percent, you can visit your branch on or after November 24 to make this change.

Are there changes to Single Maturity Certificates of Deposit (CDs)? |
|
- All CDs due to mature on or after November 21, 2008, will automatically renew on the maturity date for the same term at the interest rate in effect at that time. This enables you to continue to earn interest on your funds without interruption.
- Upon maturity and automatic renewal of the CD, there is a 10-day grace period during which you may increase the amount of the CD, withdraw funds, change the term, or make any other changes.
- Changes made after the 10-day grace period are subject to early withdrawal penalties.
- You will receive an automatic renewal notice prior to maturity reminding you of the CD maturity date and the 10-day grace period.
- Due to the timing of this letter, you may receive a system-generated maturity notice prior to November 21 advising you that your CD will not automatically renew. Please disregard that notice.
- If you have questions about your CDs, please call or visit your local branch. Beginning November 22, you may call 1-800-REGIONS (1-800-734-4667).

Where will customer statements, interest checks and correspondence be mailed? |
|
|
Beginning November 21, 2008, Regions statements, interest checks and correspondence will be mailed only to the current, primary address on each account. |

Will I get new debit cards? |
|
|
Yes. If you currently use a MasterCard Debit Card or Business MasterCard Debit Card to access your accounts you automatically will receive a new Regions Visa® CheckCard or Business Visa® CheckCard before November 22 to replace your current card before your accounts convert to Regions’ systems. |

When can I start using my new CheckCards? |
|
|
New cards can be used beginning November 22, 2008. Your current debit cards will no longer work after this date. |
|
Can I continue to use my existing Personal Identification Number (PIN) with my new Regions Visa CheckCard? |
|
|
Yes. You will be able to continue to use your existing PINs with your new cards. |
|
What should I do if I have automatic payments tied to my Integrity Bank MasterCard debit cards? |
|
|
If you have automatic payments using your current MasterCard Debit Card, you should notify the service providers about your new Regions Visa CheckCard or Regions Business Visa CheckCard number and expiration date. |

What do I need to know about my new Regions Visa CheckCard? |
|
- Your new Regions Visa CheckCard is covered by Visa Zero Liability, which protects you in case of any fraudulent activity that may occur with your CheckCard.
- If you use your CheckCard internationally for purchases, you may incur a 3 percent International Service Assessment (ISA) fee.
- You should see the new card agreement in the Disclosure Booklet that was enclosed with your conversion guide for information about the terms and conditions that will apply to your Visa CheckCard as of November 22, 2008.

How do I report a lost or stolen Regions Visa CheckCard? |
|
|
Please note the new contact number, 1-800-295-VISA (8472), for reporting a lost or stolen card, or fraudulent or unauthorized use of your cards. |

Are there any changes to Integrity Bank credit cards? |
|
- Integrity Bank credit cards are issued and administered by InfiBank N.A. Those credit card accounts will not be converted to Regions and will continue to be serviced by InfiBank N.A.
- You will not be able to make payments in the branch as you do with FIA Regions Credit Cards.

Are there any changes to overdraft protection? |
|
- Overdraft protection provided through a checking, savings or money market account will continue.
- Overdraft protection provided through an Integrity First Personal Line of Credit now will be called a Regions Credit Line. You will receive a separate mailing with additional information and instructions.
- The line will be converted to the Regions Bank system as of the close of business on Thursday, November 20, 2008. A new account number will be issued for the line and will appear on the first Regions account statement you receive after November 20.
- Your monthly statements will have a new look and design and will feature the Regions logo. Until you receive your new Regions statement, you should continue to use your current Integrity statement to make your monthly payments.
- Your new statement will contain a new mailing address. If you reach your payment date before you get your new statement, you can make your payments at your local branch or mail your payment to:

- A new order of convenience checks will be mailed to you shortly after November 20. These checks may be used to make advances on your Regions Credit Line. You can continue to use your line of credit access checks until you receive your new Regions access checks.
- If your monthly line of credit payment is set up for automatic draft, this service will continue without interruption.

When is overdraft protection activated? |
|
|
Overdraft Protection is activated when your checking account balance needs funds to cover items for payment. Funds are transferred from the funding account in $100 increments. A per-day transfer fee is assessed to the checking account. |

What do I need to know if I have deposit-related loans and lines of credit (not related to overdraft protection) that were acquired by Regions? |
|
|
If you have deposit-related loans or lines of credit that were acquired by Regions, you will receive a letter from Regions containing the following information. The letter you receive is notification related only to your accounts acquired by Regions Bank and does not supersede any communications you may have received regarding loans currently held by the FDIC.

Are there any changes to safe deposit boxes? |
|
- Safe deposit box numbers will remain the same, and you will continue to use the same keys to access your box unless you have already been notified otherwise.
- As of November 21, 2008, the authority of your safe deposit box deputies must be confirmed with a valid, durable Power of Attorney. No deputy will be permitted to enter a safe deposit box without a valid, durable Power of Attorney signed by the box lessee.
- As of November 21, your safe deposit box billing notice will have a new look and format.
- Any changes to rental rates or discounts will be reflected on annual safe deposit box billing notices.

Are there any changes to Online Banking and Bill Pay? |
|
- If you currently use personal or business online banking or bill pay may continue to log in to Integrity’s website until 6 p.m. ET on November 21, 2008. Bill payment services via Integrity’s website will be discontinued at 1 p.m. on November 20, 2008.
- When Integrity Bank accounts convert to Regions’ systems, some of the functions and features of online banking will change. You will receive a separate communication with more information on these new features and with simple instructions for logging in to Regions Online Banking with Bill Pay and any other changes shortly before November 20, 2008. Regions Online Banking with Bill Pay is FREE, and some of the convenient and easy-to-use features of Regions Online Banking include:
- All payees, payments, and transfers will be converted and continue without disruption.
- Payments can continue to be scheduled on the Integrity website until 1 p.m. ET on November 20, 2008.
- You may log in to check account balances and transactions until 6 p.m. ET on November 21, 2008.
- You may create your new Regions Online ID and Password by following the instructions provided in the letter beginning at 1 p.m. p.m. ET on November 22, 2008.
- Once logged into Regions Online Banking, you will be able to schedule payments and transfers until 7 p.m. ET each business day.
Note: Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) cannot be viewed through Regions Online Banking due to opening requirements set by State Bar Foundations. |

Are there any changes to Online Statements? |
|
- If you currently use online banking with Integrity Bank, you will automatically receive Online Statements when you create your Online ID and Password with Regions.
- Instructions for creating your new Regions Online ID and Password will be mailed shortly before November 20, 2008.
- If you do not currently use online banking, you may sign up at regions.com beginning November 22.
- You can eliminate the hassle of receiving bank statements by mail with Regions Online Statements. Regions Online Statements are safer, more secure and FREE. You can:
- View, print or save each month’s checking and/or savings account statement via Regions Online Banking
- Collect up to 18 months of Online Statements
