Same Day Payments typically are used to pay bills such as utility, mortgage, credit card, insurance and more where time is of the utmost importance. You can make payments to any participating biller.
How do I make a Same Day Payment?

Simply log in to Regions Online Banking and select “Same Day Payments” from the Payments menu. Enter the biller you would like to pay in the fields provided and select “Go.” Provide all of the biller information from your bill and the amount you would like to pay. Verify all of the information entered is correct and submit your payment.

The fee for each Same Day Payment is $9.95.
How quickly will the biller receive my payment?

Billers can receive payments same day as long as they are entered before the biller’s cutoff time on a business day of the biller. Cutoff times will vary by biller and will be displayed onscreen before you submit your payment.
Do I have to enroll for the service?

If you have a Regions checking or savings account and are a Regions Online Banking customer, the service is automatically available to you already. If you are not already an online banking customer,
enroll now

Can I cancel a payment after I send it?

You will not be able to cancel a Same Day Payment within Regions Online Banking. In order to ensure the biller receives the funds, the payment is sent immediately, so it cannot be cancelled. Be sure to verify all of the information before you submit the payment.
