Before you can pay bills, the payee list should be created. A payee can be your utility provider, your phone company or your landscaping service - anyone to whom you would normally send a check. If you want, try setting yourself up as a payee and making a payment; you'll see how easy and reliable it is.
: Select Add Payee
from the Payments menu. You'll need a recent bill or statement to get started.
: Search our merchant list with over 1,300 common payees to complete payee setup quickly. You can simply type in the payee name or browse our merchant list by category.
*You may also enter all your own payee information by selecting "Continue" in the Enter all your own payee information box on the right.
: Select the appropriate payee from the Payee Name
list. Then select the address shown on your bill. If none of the addresses match, please select the enter all your own payee information
link at the top of the screen.
: Enter and confirm the account number for your payee. Then provide a nickname for your payee and select Next
to add the payee to your list.
* Your payee nickname will be displayed in the Payment Center and is for your records only. The nickname can help you designate different accounts for one merchant. (For example: “Cell Phone” and “Home Phone”)
: You will be directed to a confirmation page.
