Before you can pay bills, the payee list should be established. A payee can be your utility provider, your phone company or your landscaping service - anyone to whom you would normally send a check. If you want, try setting yourself up as a payee and making a payment; you'll see how easy and reliable it is.

Step 1: Place your mouse on Payments at the top of the screen. Then click Add Payee to begin entering merchants. You'll need a recent bill or statement to get started.

Step 2: Click on Define your Own Payee near the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Complete all fields using letters and numbers only. Verify the information you entered is correct and click Submit.
