Step 1: Using the Mortgage Locator, you will need to find a local Mortgage Loan Originator who can assist you with any questions you may have about the loan application process by selecting YOUR STATE andCITY using the drop down boxes provided.

**For cities/states in which no MLOs are located can we pop a message: "You have selected an area that is served by our Customer Retention Center. To contact a Customer Retention Center Representative, please call 1-877-536-3286"

Step 2: You will be provided a list of local Regions Mortgage locations.  Select the location that is convenient to you by selecting the LEARN MORE Link to the right of your preferred location which will provide you with a list of Mortgage Loan Originators available in the area.

Step 3 : You may choose to contact your Mortgage Loan Originator via phone or you may email by clicking on the link provided.  If you are interested in applying online with your Mortgage Loan Originator, simply click on the DETAILS link to the right of their name, address and location. 

Step 4 : By clicking this link, you will be directed to your Mortgage Loan Originator’s website where you may submit an application online.  Simply click the APPLY FOR LOAN NOW button at the bottom of the page to get started.
