If you are already enrolled in Regions Personal Pay with your email address and mobile number, any funds sent will be automatically credited to your account. However, if someone sent you funds to a different email address or mobile number than what is provided on the Personal Pay Service Setup screen, you may follow the easy steps below to claim your funds.
Step 1: Select
Personal Pay from the
Payments menu.
The first time you access this page, you are required to accept the Personal Pay Terms and Conditions.
Step 2: Select
Get Money on the right side of the page.
Step 3: Enter the
email address or
mobile number from which you received notification of the payment.
Step 4: Enter the secure transaction code provided in the notification and select Get Money.
Remember to update your email address or mobile number on the Service Setup screen so that funds will automatically be credited in the future
