Keeping your email address and mobile number current on the Personal Pay Service Setup page is important so you can automatically receive funds without having to visit the Personal Pay page to claim your funds. Follow the easy steps below to update your information.
Step 1: Select
Personal Pay from the
Payments menu.
The first time you access this page, you are required to accept the Personal Pay Terms and Conditions.
Step 2: Select
Service Setup at the top of the page.
Step 3: Select
Change email and mobile number.
Step 4: Provide your current
email address and
phone number in the fields provided.
Step 5: You may also elect to receive your payment notifications via email or text. Enter your preference at the bottom of the page and select
Continue.
