Step 1: Locate the
RegionsNet Online Banking Account Access box located in the upper-left corner of www.regions.com.
Step 2: Expand the box clicking on the small arrow located in the upper-right corner of the box.
Step 3: Click on
Password Reset.
Step 4: Enter your
Online ID.
Step 5: Answer the Security Question displayed.
Step 6: Enter a New Password.
*Please enter a password that consists of 8 to 18 characters and includes both letters and numbers.
Step 7: Enter the new password again in the
Verify New Password box.
Step 8: Click on
Continue.
Step 9: Once the Confirmation page loads, click on
Continue.
