Step 1: Locate the Regions Online Banking Login Box located in the upper-left corner of www.regions.com.

Step 2: Click on Forgot Password?

Step 3 : Enter your Online ID and select Continue.

Step 4 : Answer the Security Question displayed.

Step5: Enter a New Password.

*Please enter a password that consists of 8 to 18 characters and includes both letters and numbers.

Step 6 : Enter the new password again in the Confirm New Password box and select Continue.

Step 7 : Once the Confirmation page loads, select Go to Account Summary.
