REGIONS APPRECIATES CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
At Regions, we truly value customers' opinions. Because we want to continue to meet our customers' needs, we have randomly selected a number of Regions customers to participate in a research study that measures their level of satisfaction with our products and services. We will use their feedback to better understand what we do well and identify the areas that need improvement.

This important research study is conducted on our behalf by J.D. Power and Associates, the leading global marketing information firm for measuring customer satisfaction.

This is an in-depth survey that will ask questions about all the ways you interact with Regions and will likely take 15 to 20 minutes.
