COMPLETE AGREEMENTS AND RECENT CHANGES
The Regions Agreement and Disclosure Statement for the Use of ATM Cards, Debit Cards, and CheckCards has been amended to reflect a change in transactions that can be performed with a Regions ATM card to remove PIN-based Point of Sale transactions at merchants or stores (effective November 16, 2011); extended daily cutoff time for certain card transactions, transfers and bill payments from 6 p.m to 8 p.m. CT (effective October 24, 2011); and a new contact phone number and address for Regions Card Services.

In October 2010, the Deposit Agreement was revised to reflect changes to Regions' Funds Availability Policy; clarify customer responsibility for informing us of changes to personal information (name, residence, mailing address, phone number) and our policy regarding updating and validating that information; provide additional information regarding dispute arbitration; and refine the language regarding early withdrawal penalties for Time Deposits/CDs.

Effective July 21, 2011, various terms and provisions of the Deposit Agreement are amended, including provisions related to ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL and provisions related to funds availability.
