Currently, there are two ways that you can utilize Personal Financial Management software, WebConnect and Direct Connect. WebConnect allows you to only download transaction information directly on the financial institutions website. Direct Connect allows you to download transaction or pay bills directly from the software. The instructions below provide the steps needed to deactivate your previous Integrity account and set up your new Regions account in Quicken®, QuickBooks®, and/or Microsoft® Money using your existing file. Before the new setup process can be completed, you will need to first create your new Regions Online ID and Password.
Web Connect – Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Microsoft® Money
Direct Connect - Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Microsoft® Money
If you currently use WebConnect to download your transaction information: (Instructions may vary slightly dependent upon the version that you are utilizing.)
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to download your last Integrity transactions on November 21, 2008 prior to 6:00 pm ET.
For Quicken:
- Download your last Integrity Bank transactions. (As stated above this action must be completed by 6:00 pm ET on November 21, 2008.)
- Backup your Quicken file.
- Next, deactivate your Integrity Bank accounts
- Right Click on the Account
- Choose Edit Account from the drop-down list
- Click on the Online Services tab
- Choose Remove from One Step Update
- Open a web browser and login to Regions Online Banking
- Select Download to Desktop Software on the Account Summary page
- Choose Quicken from the Select a Format drop-down list
- Choose the account(s) that you want to show within the Quicken software
- Leave the default option selected in the Select a Time Frame section
- Click Submit
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the new account setup within Quicken.
For QuickBooks:
- Download your last Integrity Bank transactions. (As stated above this action must be completed by 6:00 pm ET on November 21, 2008.)
- Backup your QuickBooks file.
- Next, deactivate your Integrity Bank accounts
- Right Click on the Account
- Choose Edit Account from the drop-down list
- On the Edit Account window click on the Online Info tab
- Deselect Online Account Access and click OK
- Click OK
- Repeat these steps for each account
- Open a web browser and login to Regions Online Banking
- Select Download to Desktop Software on the Account Summary page
- Choose QuickBooks from the Select a Format drop-down list
- Choose the account(s) that you want to show within the QuickBooks software
- Leave the default option selected in the Select a Time Frame section
- Click Submit
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the new account setup within QuickBooks.
For Microsoft Money
- Download your last Integrity Bank transactions. (As stated above this action must be completed by 6:00 pm ET on November 21, 2008.)
- Backup your Money file.
- Open a web browser and login to Regions Online Banking
- Select Download to Desktop Software on the Account Summary page
- Choose Microsoft Money from the Select a Format drop-down list
- Choose the account(s) that you want to show within the Money software
- Leave the default option selected in the Select a Time Frame section
- Click Submit
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the new account setup within Money.
If you currently use Direct Connect to download your transaction information or make transfers:
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to download your last Integrity transactions on November 21, 2008 prior to 6:00 pm ET.
For Quicken:
- Download your last Integrity Bank transactions. (As stated above this action must be completed by 6:00 pm ET on November 21, 2008.)
- Backup your Quicken file.
- Next, deactivate your Integrity Bank accounts
- Right Click on the Account
- Choose Edit Account from the drop-down list
- Click on the Online Services tab
- Choose Remove from One Step Update
- Then you will need to log into Regions Online Banking, click on the E-Services tab and select Enroll for Money/Quicken/QuickBooks.
- On this screen select the option Enable Your Account for Quicken and click Submit.
- Then you will need to create a new account within Quicken.
- Choose File, then New
- Choose New Quicken Account
- Enter Regions Bank Group when prompted for the financial institution.
- Click Next
- Select Regions Bank and click OK.
- Leave Yes selected and click Next.
- Enter your Regions Online Banking Online ID and Password and click Next.
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the new account setup within Quicken.
For QuickBooks:
- Download your last Integrity Bank transactions. (As stated above this action must be completed by 6:00 pm ET on November 21, 2008.)
- Backup your QuickBooks file.
- Next, deactivate your Integrity Bank accounts
- Right Click on the Account
- Choose Edit Account from the drop-down list
- On the Edit Account window click on the Online Info tab
- Deselect Online Account Access and click OK
- Click OK
- Repeat these steps for each account
- Then you will need to log into Regions Online Banking, click on the E-Services tab and select Enroll for Money/Quicken/QuickBooks.
- On this screen select the option Enable Your Account for QuickBooks and click Submit.
- Then you will need to create a new account within QuickBooks.
- Choose Banking, then Online Banking,
- Choose Setup Account for Online Access
- Select Enable Accounts and click Next.
- Click Add Financial Institution and click OK.
- Select Regions Bank Group when prompted for the financial institution and click Done.
- Select Regions Bank and click Next.
- Please note that you will need to enter your Regions Online Banking Online ID and Password when prompted.
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the new account setup within QuickBooks.
For Microsoft Money:
- Download your last Integrity Bank transactions. (As stated above this action must be completed by 6:00 pm ET on November 21, 2008.)
- Backup your Money file.
- Then you will need to log into Regions Online Banking, click on the E-Services tab and select Enroll for Money/Quicken/QuickBooks.
- On this screen select the option Enable Your Account for Microsoft Money and click Submit
- Then you will need to create a new account within Money
- Choose File, then New
- Select New Account
- Select Banking and click Next
- Choose Regions Bank and click Next
- Select Yes, I have special sign-in information for use with Money and click Next.
- Enter your Regions Online Banking Online ID and Password and click Next.
- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the new account setup within Money.
