1. The opening deposit of $5 applies to accounts opened in branch only. LifeGreen Savings accounts opened online require a $50 deposit.
2. An automatic monthly transfer of $10 from a Regions checking to LifeGreen Savings for 12 consecutive months is required to earn a 1% savings rate bonus. The bonus is paid on the average monthly balance for the year and paid on the anniversary of account opening. LifeGreen Savings must be open on the anniversary date to receive the interest rate bonus. Maximum annual savings bonus of $250.
This is a limited transaction account. Regulatory limit of six (6) transfers or payments (preauthorized, automatic, by telephone, or from a personal computer), including drafts, checks, debit card, or similar order (including POS transactions) payable to a third party, from your savings account per statement cycle. The preauthorized or automatic transactions may be initiated by Telephone Banking, Regions Online Banking, or standing order. See pricing schedule for full details. There is an excessive Withdrawal/Item Fee of $3 per withdrawal in excess of 3 per month.
ATM access is available by linking your Regions Savings Account to a Regions ATM Card or the Regions Platinum Visa® CheckCard for your checking account. Regions ATM Cards and Visa® CheckCards cannot be issued with the Regions Savings as the primary account on the card.
