Brian B. Sullivan, CFA
President & Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Sullivan joined in 1982 and is currently President and Chief Investment Officer for Morgan Asset Management. Prior to taking on these responsibilities in June 2004, Mr. Sullivan was Head of Value Equity for AmSouth Asset Management, Inc. Prior to this role, Mr. Sullivan was Chief Fixed Income Officer at AmSouth Asset Management Inc. supervising a staff of professionals responsible for the direct management of discretionary funds and for the provision of investment advice to other portfolios. Since joining, Mr. Sullivan has served successively as equity Research Analyst responsible for several industries and the Trust Division’s equity Research Coordinator. In addition, he has been responsible for Employee Benefits Portfolio Management, Regional Trust Investments, and Manager of fixed income investments. His investment experience began in December 1980. Prior to joining AmSouth, Mr. Sullivan was a utilities Analyst for the State of Alabama. Mr. Sullivan received a B.A. in Economics from the University of the South and an M.B.A. in Finance from Tulane University. Mr. Sullivan is a CFA charterholder and a current member and past president of the CFA Society of Alabama. |
John Boston, CFA

Mr. Boston joined in 1987 and is currently Chief Fixed Income Officer responsible for fixed income strategy and the management of several large institutional accounts. He currently supervises a staff of professionals responsible for the direct management of discretionary fixed income assets. Mr. Boston’s investment experience began when he joined the Trust Investment Department of AmSouth Bank in 1988 and his responsibilities have grown steadily. Mr. Boston received a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from the University of North Alabama. Mr. Boston is a CFA charterholder and a member and past president of the CFA Society of Alabama. |
Walter "Bucky" Hellwig
Senior Vice President, Senior Fund Manager

Mr. Hellwig joined in October 2000. Mr. Hellwig is currently Head of Equities for Morgan Asset Management. Mr. Hellwig's current responsibilities include oversight of the director of research and the research department, the equity trading department, separate account management of institutional value portfolios, balanced portfolios, and management of two mutual funds. His industry experience began in 1973. Previously, Mr. Hellwig was Chief Investment Strategist for the legacy Union Planters Investment Advisors. Prior to this role, Mr. Hellwig was Vice President at Federated Investors where he Managed separate accounts and asset allocation as sub-advisor to Union Planters. Mr. Hellwig received a BSBA and MBA in Finance and Investments, respectively, from the Washington University (St.Louis University) Mr. Hellwig holds Series 7, 66 and 63 licenses. |
Ron Lindquist
Vice President, Director of Growth Equity Strategies

Mr. Lindquist joined what is today known as Morgan Asset Management through a series of mergers and acquisitions culminating with AmSouth’s merger with Regions Financial Corporation. Mr. Lindquist is currently Director of Growth Equity Strategies for AmSouth Asset Management and Morgan Asset Management. Additionally, he is responsible for the portfolio management of the growth equity institutional assets. Mr. Lindquist has practiced a traditional Large Cap Growth style since 1980 when he was the manager of an Investment Group acquired as a result of an earlier AmSouth merger. Mr. Lindquist received a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University and a Masters of Science Management in Finance, from Florida International University. He is a founding member of the Financial Analysts Society of South Florida and holds a Series 65 license. |
Charlie A. Murray, CFA

Mr. Murray joined in June 1972 and is currently a Portfolio Manager for Morgan Asset Management. He is a Portfolio Manager for the RMK Select Large Cap Growth, MidCap Growth and Balanced Mutual Funds. Additionally Mr. Murray manages several large institutional separate accounts. Prior to joining, Mr. Murray was a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. His investment experience began in 1974. Mr. Murray received a B.S. in Marketing from The University of Alabama. Mr. Murray is a CFA charterholder and a current member of the Alabama Financial Analyst Society. |

Jenny Johns

Ms. Johns joined in November 1999 and is currently the Head Equity Trader. Ms. Johns is responsible for the management of the Traders and overall oversight of trading activities. Her investment experience began in 1992. Prior to joining, Ms. Johns worked at Morgan Keegan from 1998-1999, where she was an Assistant Vice President in Institutional Trading. Ms. Johns has also worked at Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch and Dean Witter. Ms. Johns received a B.S from Mississippi College. She holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. |

Prior to joining, from 1985-1988, and from 1988-2002, Mr. Williams worked as a Portfolio Manager, and the Director of Portfolio Management at two national banking institutions. Joseph Morrison, CFA

Mr. Morrison joined the firm in May of 2000. He is currently a Regional Portfolio Manager responsible for oversight of the Portfolio Managers in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. He is responsible for actively managing institutional, personal and charitable assets for trust and investment management portfolios. In this role, he works closely with his clients and administrative officers to help offer the best possible investment management products. Mr. Morrison’s industrial experience began in 1989. Prior to joining the firm, from 1990-1994 he served as Consultant for Gerber-Taylor Associates, where he provided investment consulting for high net worth clients, as well as, managed a Fund of Funds Hedge Fund. From 1994-2000 he was the Principal and Owner of Wallace-Morrison Capital Advisors. Mr. Morrison received a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Owen Graduate School. Mr. Morrison is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the Memphis Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Morrison holds Series 3, 7, 24, 28, 63, 64 & Insurance Licenses.

Gary Partridge, CFA

Mr. Partridge joined the firm in August 2001. He is currently the Head of Fixed Income Credit Analysis and is also responsible for the monitoring of the Security Lending Program. His investment experience began in July 1977. Prior to joining, Mr. Partridge worked at The Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) on two occasions (1977-1985; 1994-2001). Over his two terms at the RSA he served as Director of Equities, Director of International Investments, Director of Fixed Income and Chief Economist. Between his two terms at the RSA Mr. Partridge worked from 1990-1994 as a Portfolio Manager and as a Director of Equities from 1985-1990. Mr. Partridge received a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment from the University of Alabama and an M.B.A. from Auburn University at Montgomery. Mr. Partridge served three times as President of the CFA Society of Alabama and is currently a board member of the society. Mr. Partridge and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. |
Guillermo R. Araoz, CFA

Mr. Araoz, CFA serves as the Director of Equity Research for Morgan Asset Management and joined Regions Financial in 2003 after an eight year banking career on Wall Street. Before Regions, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs evaluating high tech start ups that served the banking industry. Prior to Goldman, Guillermo worked for JP Morgan in the Economic Research and Investment Banking Departments. He holds an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis. Guillermo is also a CFA charterholder and member of the Alabama Chartered Financial Analyst Society. |
