Through our affiliation with Regions Morgan Keegan Trust, we currently manage assets for Public Funds, Corporations, including Healthcare and Insurance companies, Educational Institutions, Taft-Hartley Plans and Endowments & Foundations.

Morgan Institutional Asset Management ("MIAM") is a GIPS® verified division of Morgan Asset Management. MIAM offers institutions, with a minimum investment of $3 million, separate account management in any of our fully discretionary, single style strategies.

MIAM Large Cap Growth
The objective of the strategy is long-term capital growth. Portfolios in this strategy employ a traditional growth style by investing in the common stock of large capitalization companies which have demonstrated the capacity to generate relatively consistent above average earning-per-share growth rates over time. The Russell 1000 Growth Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM Large Cap Value
The objective of the strategy is long-term capital growth by investing primarily in common stocks of mid to large capitalization companies that are believed to be temporarily under-valued by the market. The Russell 1000 Value Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM Small Cap Value
The objective of the strategy is long-term growth of capital by investing primarily in common stocks of small capitalization companies. We select lower priced stocks with higher free cash flow and higher than average expected long-term earnings per share growth. The Russell 2000 Value is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM A- Rated Core Bond
The objective of the strategy is current income consistent with preservation of principal.  Portfolios in this strategy primarily invest in high quality fixed income securities including U.S. Treasury, agency and mortgage-backed securities among other securities and corporate bonds rated A or better without restriction on maturity. The Merrill Lynch US Domestic Master A-Rated Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM Aggregate Bond
The objective of the strategy is current income consistent with preservation of principal.  Portfolios in this strategy primarily invest in high quality fixed income securities including U.S. Treasury, agency and mortgage-backed securities among other securities and investment grade corporate bonds without restriction on maturity. The Lehman Brothers Aggregate Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM A Rated Intermediate Bond
The objective of the strategy is current income consistent with preservation of principal.  Portfolios in this strategy primarily invest in fixed income securities rated A or better including U.S. Treasury, agency and mortgage-backed securities and corporate bonds with effective maturities of ten years or less. The Merrill Lynch US Domestic Master 1-10 A-Rated Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM Enhanced Cash
The objective of the strategy is preservation of capital with a secondary objective of maximizing income.  Portfolios in this strategy primarily invest in high quality fixed income securities including U.S. Treasury, agency and mortgage-backed securities among other securities and investment grade corporate bonds with maximum effective maturities of 3 years.  The blended performance benchmark for this strategy is 50% the Merrill Lynch 1-3 Year Government Credit Index and 50% the 91 day T-Bill index.

MIAM Treasury Only
The objective of the strategy is current income consistent with preservation of principal.  Portfolios in this strategy invest in U.S. Treasury securities with no restriction on maturities. The Lehman Brothers Treasury Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM Growth with Income
The strategy includes all accounts with strategic allocations of 65% equities and 35% bonds. The blended performance benchmark for this strategy is 65% the S&P 500 Index and 50% the Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond Index.

MIAM Balanced
The strategy includes all accounts with strategic allocations of 50% equities and 50% bonds. The blended performance benchmark for this strategy is 50% the S&P 500 Index and 50% the Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond Index.

MIAM Government Only Enhanced Cash
The objective of the strategy is current income consistent with preservation of principal.  Portfolios in this strategy primarily invest in high quality fixed income securities including U.S. Treasury, agency and mortgage-backed securities. Portfolios may also invest in repurchase agreements and Registered Investment Companies (RICs). Portfolios have an effective maturity of 3 years or less and the maximum effective maturity of any individual security is 5 years. The Lehman Brothers 1-3 year Government Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.

MIAM Low Duration Enhanced Cash
The objective of the strategy is current income consistent with the preservation of principal.  Portfolios in this strategy primarily invest in high quality, fixed-income securities including but not limited to U.S. Treasury securities, agency securities, mortgage-backed securities, and investment grade corporate securities.  Portfolios may also invest in repurchase agreements and Registered Investment Companies (RICs).  Portfolios have an effective maturity of three years or less. The Merrill Lynch 1-3 year Government Corporate Index is the performance benchmark for this strategy.
