Should your card become damaged or destroyed, you can request a replacement card online at https://www.fiacardservices.com.
However, if your card has been lost or stolen, please notify FIA Card Services, N.A. immediately by calling 1-800-655-1491, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are outside the U.S. and Canada when your card has been lost or stolen, please call collect 302-457-2191.
