Gift cards are single load, prepaid cards that are funded by transferring funds from an existing Regions checking or savings account.

What should I do before using my card?
Sign the back of your card before using it. Write down your card number, expiration date and three-digit security code and keep the information in a safe place. The card comes with a pre-determined PIN so that you may use the card for purchases at point-of-sale terminals that require use of a PIN. For security reasons you may wish to change the pre-determined PIN at anytime by calling 866-591-4438.

 

 

How do I use my card?
Use your gift card anywhere Visa Debit Cards are accepted: online, over the phone or at millions of participating merchants. Restrictions may apply with some merchants and some transaction types. See card terms and conditions for details.

 

 

How much can I spend on the card?
You can spend up to the available balance that is on the card. Each time the card is used, the dollar amount of purchases will automatically be deducted from the available balance. Does my Regions Gift Card come with a PIN?
Yes, the card comes with a pre-determined PIN so that you may use the card for purchases at point-of-sale terminals that require the use of a PIN. The pre-determined PIN is not intended to provide security. You can change your PIN by calling 866-591-4438.When using your gift card at a gas station, you must enter your four-digit pin number.

 

 

What is my PIN number on my gift card?
The assigned PIN number is the last 4 digits of the card number. You can change the pre-determined PIN at anytime by calling 866-591-4438.

 

 

Can I withdraw cash from my gift card or get cash back when I make a purchase transaction?
No, cash cannot be withdrawn from a gift card, and you cannot get cash back in connection with a purchase transaction.

 

 

Will my card work at a fuel pump (AFD)?
Your card will work as long as the merchant accepts gift cards (via partial authorizations) at the pump. When prompted you must press "debit" and enter your PIN number. If the card does not work at the pump, the merchant should be able to process your transaction inside the service station.

 

 

Is there a fee for using my card?
No, you have unlimited transaction use up to your available balance.

 

 

Is there a monthly fee?
The card is subject to a $3 monthly maintenance fee after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Activity means any action that results in a decrease of the funds on the card, other than due to imposition of a fee or an adjustment due to a error or reversal. This fee is charged against funds remaining on the card.

 

 

What happens if I make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on the card?
Some merchants will allow you to use the card for part of the purchase price and then pay the remainder with another form of payment.

 

 

Does my card expire?
Your card expires on the date shown on the front of the card. However, the funds on your card do not expire. If you still have funds remaining on the card after the card expires, please call customer service at 866-591-4438 for a free replacement.

 

 

I just made a purchase and the receipt is showing the remaining balance, is this normal?
Yes. Since this is a prepaid card some merchants display the available balance on the receipt as a courtesy.

What happens if the card is lost or stolen?
Contact us at once. You will be asked to provide your card number, expiration date, and three-digit security code. You can get a replacement card for a fee of $5. Please call customer service at 866-591-4438 for a replacement card.

 

 

Am I liable for unauthorized transactions?
You will not be liable for unauthorized transactions on your card if you notify us promptly, and you are not grossly negligent or fraudulent in the handling of your card. You may be asked to provide additional documentation in order to confirm any unauthorized transactions.
