Regions welcomes FirstBank customers

Regions Bank recently sent letters to former FirstBank customers with instructions to visit this site for assistance with the transition to Regions Online Banking. Our goal is to make the transition to Regions Online Banking as easy as possible. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to create your new Online ID and Password.

Create Your Online ID and Password
Please review the helpful information below to create an Online ID and Password for your new Regions Online Banking account. During this process, you will also be prompted to accept new Terms and Conditions and set up new Security Questions. Once you log in, you will see your converted bank accounts. If you had bill payments or transfers scheduled in your FirstBank Online Banking account, they have been converted into Regions Online Banking.

To begin the process of creating your Online ID and Password you will need:
  • Your Internet Banking Customer Number. This number was mailed to you on April 9, 2009
  • Your Social Security Number/Tax Identification Number
  • Current e-mail address

What you can expect once you log in to Regions Online Banking:
  • Your converted accounts from FirstBank will be displayed on the Account Summary screen
  • All of your checking and savings accounts will be automatically enrolled into Online Statements
  • Transaction history from April 24, 2009 is now available
