Regions Insurance Group is a holding company formed in 2004 to be the parent structure for all of the insurance operations and agencies of Regions Financial Corp. Our corporate vision is to be a regional partnership of insurance professionals that is acknowledged as the best in our industry by our key constituencies; which are our employees, clients, underwriters, communities and shareholders.

Our business model is defined by local office leadership, decentralized sales, broking and client service functions and a centralized corporate back office for administrative and financial support. Based on revenue size, we are one of the top 25 insurance brokers in the United States and one of the top 5 bank affiliated insurance agencies. As evidenced by the following graph, our revenue growth since our inception in 2004 has been noteworthy.
