Curren Coco

Curren Coco is head of Regions Insurance Group. Curren leads all activities of Regions Insurance Group including Regions Insurance Agencies and Regions Insurance Services which markets, administrates and is the agency for all bank platform-related insurance products.

Curren joined Regions in 2007 as the director of the Management Consulting Group with the added responsibility for Regions Insurance Services in February of 2009.

Prior to joining Regions, Curren served as the Risk Management and Analysis executive for Assurant Specialty Property. During his seven-year career with Assurant, Curren also led the Capital Finance group for Assurant Specialty Property and Assurant Solutions. From 1997 to 2001, Curren held various consulting positions in finance and contract development on commercial and industrial development projects.

Curren holds a masters degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Robert Cole
Senior Vice President, Regions Financial
President, Regions Insurance Services

Robert joined Regions in 2008 as a Vice President in the Management Consulting Group administrating select bank wide strategy-related initiatives. He transitioned to Regions Insurance Group in the fall of 2009.

Prior to joining Regions, Robert led the Business Analytics area for Assurant Specialty Property. During his eleven-year career with Assurant, Robert held a variety of roles with Assurant Specialty Property and Assurant Solutions focusing on operation areas in lender placed, debt protection and credit insurance related products.

Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in analytical finance and accounting from Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

William D. Quinlan
Chief Executive Officer
Regions Insurance of Louisiana

Quinlan joined Regions Insurance in 2004 from ICT Group, Inc., where he was president and chief executive officer of this independent insurance agency. At the time of its purchase by Regions Financial Corporation, this agency was the largest in Louisiana, with14 locations and 180 employees. As its founder, he built the ICT organization over 30 years through organic growth, consolidations, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Quinlan was selected to serve on the insurance advisory board that reports to James Donelon, Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance. He also served on the board of directors for New Iberia Bank, which was eventually purchased by Regions Financial Corporation.

Previously, Quinlan was an adjuster for a regional claim adjusting firm and a drilling fluid consultant for a major oil field company.

He earned a Bachelor's Degree in industrial management and engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Fred Stone
Chief Executive Officer
Regions Insurance of Arkansas

Fred joined Rebsamen Insurance, now Regions, in 1992 from H & S Insurance in Fayetteville, Arkansas. H & S was an LLC, jointly owned by Fred and the late J.B. Hunt’s family. He became President of all Rebsamen (Regions Insurance) branch offices, in 1995. On January 1, 2005, he moved to Little Rock Arkansas in his current position.

Fred has been involved mainly with Risk Management clients, specifically in the Transportation Industry. He maintained close relationships with Senior Underwriters and Managers for the largest transportation insurers in the world.

Fred received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Arkansas in 1976.

Charles F. Porter
Chief Executive Officer
Regions Insurance of Mississippi

Charles was previously President of Barksdale Bonding and Insurance, Inc. from 1983 until it was acquired by Regions Insurance Group in 2008. He has been involved with agency management as well as providing bonds and insurance for construction clients.

A native of Meridian, Mississippi, Charles attended the University of Mississippi where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1973. He has served on various charity, civil and business boards. He and his wife Kathy have one daughter, Jana.

JJ Iovino
Chief Executive Officer
Regions Insurance of Indiana

Prior to joining the company in 2007, JJ worked as an underwriter for General Casualty Insurance Company from 1991-1993. He also held many different positions for Miles & Finch insurance, from 1993-2007.

JJ received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Boston College in 1991. He holds Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations as well as an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) designation.

Mark Forrester
Chief Executive Officer
Regions Insurance of Tennessee

Mark began his insurance career over 25 years ago as an Underwriter trainee for the USF&G Insurance Company. After spending several years with USF&G, he moved to Royal Insurance where he was a multi-line underwriter for the Memphis territory.

In 1983, he joined E.H. Crump and Company, the predecessor company of Marsh USA Inc in Memphis, TN. During his 24 years at Marsh in Memphis, he held various local, regional and national leadership positions, including Property and Casualty Practice Leader for Memphis and Property Practice leader for Tennessee.  He was a Managing Director until he left to join Regions Insurance in 2007.

Mark has served as President of the Insurors of Memphis, President of the Greater Memphis Insurance Council and State Director for the Insurors of Tennessee. 

In addition to positions of lay leadership in his church, Mark has served on the board of the  Memphis Emmaus community and continues to serve on the Board of FollowOne International which is an Orlando, FL based church consulting and mobilization ministry.
