GAIL BOLAND
Chief Administrative Officer, Regions Insurance Group

Gail Boland is the chief administrative officer of Regions Insurance Group and is responsible for the administration, compliance, and human resource functions for all of the insurance operations of Regions Insurance Group.

Gail joined Regions Insurance Group in 2004, shortly after Regions Financial Corporation acquired Union Planters Bank, where she had managed the Legal Department for over eight years. In addition to managing the Legal Department which included locations in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee, Miami, Florida, and Belleville, Illinois, she also provided support to the General Counsel, as well as the Board of Directors.

Previously, Gail worked for McLean & Stark, two attorneys who practiced family law, corporate law, probate and litigation.

Gail earned a degree in Business Administration from Winston Churchill College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Gail is a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and enjoys volunteer work at the Ronald McDonald House.
