MARY KAY CALDWELL

Mary Kay Caldwell is the Chief Financial Officer of Regions Insurance Group. She is responsible for directing all finance activities of RIG and overseeing merger and acquisition efforts. She joined Regions Insurance Group from Marsh USA, Inc., where she was the Controller for the US operations of the world's largest insurance broker. While at Marsh, she managed over 300 accountants housed in 8 locations. In addition, she led the initiative to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act within the US operations and served on the firm’s Human Capital Committee and North American Leadership Team. Prior to her role at Marsh she served as the US Controller for Sedgwick, Inc.

Before entering the insurance industry she spent 10 years at Coopers & Lybrand, where she served as a senior audit manager to firms in a variety of industries.

She earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Rhodes College. Mary Kay is an avid fly fisherman
