WILLIAM D. QUINLAN
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Regions Insurance

William D. Quinlan is chairman/chief executive officer of Regions Insurance of Louisiana, an insurance subsidiary of Regions Insurance Group, Inc.

Quinlan joined Regions Insurance Group in 2004 from ICT Group, Inc., where he was president and chief executive officer of this independent insurance agency. At the time of its purchase by Regions Financial Corporation, this agency was the largest in Louisiana, with14 locations and 180 employees. As its founder, he built the ICT organization over 30 years through organic growth, consolidations, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Quinlan was recently selected to serve on the insurance advisory board that reports to James Donelon, Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance. He also served on the board of directors for New Iberia Bank, which was eventually purchased by Regions Financial Corporation. He presently serves on the local advisory board for Regions Bank.

Previously, Quinlan was an adjuster for a regional claim adjusting firm and a drilling fluid consultant for a major oil field company.

He earned a Bachelor's Degree in industrial management and engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
