1. At the end of each checking account statement period, we will count the debit card purchases shown on that statement and the credit card purchases shown on your most recent credit card statement.
2. Good standing means you are not past due or in default under your credit agreement.
3. To qualify for the Monthly Fee with Online Statements, you must be a Regions Online Banking customer who receives only Online Statements for this account. To enroll in Online Banking, visit the Regions Online Banking page at regions.com and complete the enrollment process. You must have a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number in order to enroll in Regions Online Banking. Once enrolled, log in and select the Online Statements link in the top navigation under Accounts in order to activate Online Statements. The Monthly Fee with Online Statements will become effective beginning with the end date of the statement period in which Online Statements are activated. If you cancel Online Statements, your account will be subject to the paper statement fee beginning with the end date of the statement period in which Online Statements are cancelled.
4. Fee will be assessed whether or not checks are written during the statement period. Fee will apply and be separately charged on your account statement if you request check images with your paper statement. Satisfaction of requirements to avoid monthly account fee, if applicable, does not affect additional fee for check images.
5. The eAccess account is designed for customers who do most of their banking electronically, and provides processing at no charge for first 3 checks per statement period, with a $.50 fee for each additional check. This fee has been temporarily discontinued pending system modifications. We will notify you before the fee is reinstated. Please note Regions determines the free checks based on when they are presented for payment not when they are written.
6. LifeGreen Savings may be opened with $5 when an automatically recurring monthly savings transfer from a Regions checking account is set up; otherwise, a minimum opening deposit of $50 is required. If opened online, a minimum opening deposit of $50 is required.
7. A minimum opening deposit of $15,000 is required to open a standard Platinum Relationship Money Market.
8. A Regions savings, money market or line of credit is required to set up Overdraft Protection. Credit products subject to credit approval. Transfer fees apply.
9. Safe Deposit Box offers based on and subject to availability.
10. You must enroll in Regions Online Banking in order to activate Online Statements. To enroll in Online Banking, visit the Regions Online Banking page at regions.com and complete the enrollment process. Once enrolled, log in and select the Online Statements link in the top navigation under Accounts in order to activate Online Statements. 11. Paper statements fee will be charged unless and until you become a Regions Online Banking customer who receives only Online Statements for this account. See footnote10 above for information about how to activate online statements. We will discontinue the paper statements fee beginning with the end date of the statement period in which Online Statements are activated. If you cancel Online Statements or elect to continue receiving paper statements, the paper statements fee will resume beginning with the end date of the statement period in which you change your election.
12. Relationship rates are available for customers who meet and maintain certain relationship requirements established by Regions Bank.
13. Mortgage discount applies to first mortgages closed through the Regions Mortgage Department and does not include home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, construction, manufactured housing, or business loans. Property must be a primary or secondary residence or investment property. Only one discount per mortgage. May not be combined with any other promotion. May end at any time.
14. This account is a negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) account and a relationship checking account. See Deposit Agreement for additional details about NOW accounts. Please refer to the Relationship Checking Account Ownership Requirement at the back of this schedule for information about relationship checking.
15. Information on Inactive Accounts. This provision applies only to At Work Checking Plus, At Work LifeGreen eAccess Account, and At Work LifeGreen Simple Checking account holders. An inactive account is defined as an account having no customer-initiated activity for a period of 92 consecutive days. Customer-initiated activity includes deposits and withdrawals but does not include any fees and charges which may be assessed to the account by the Bank. Once your account becomes an inactive account (no activity for 92 consecutive days), you will be notified that your account may be converted to a Check-for-Less account which will be subject to the pricing schedule for Check-for-Less accounts. Your account will be converted to a Check-for-Less account 30 days following our notice to you unless prior to the end of the 30-day period: (1) You initiate activity (make a deposit or withdrawal) on your account, or (2) You contact the Bank and complete all steps required to change your account type to an account not subject to these procedures. Please refer to the pricing schedule for Check-for-Less accounts in the Additional Terms and Conditions section for pricing information.
16. For the monthly fee waiver, we count all ACH direct deposits that post to your account during the account statement period, excluding the last day of the period. ACH direct deposits that post on the last day of the statement period are counted in the following statement period.
17. Balances determined at the beginning of the last day of your checking account statement period.
18. Online Banking with Bill Pay require enrollment using the Online Banking page of Regions.com.
