Enrolling into Regions Online Banking only takes a few minutes. Once enrolled, you will have access to a wealth of information and manage your finances with ease. Review the frequently asked questions below to help you get started.

 

How do I enroll in Regions Online Banking?
  • Enrolling is easy. Simply click on "Enroll Today" in the Regions Online Banking section on the homepage of regions.com.

 

What information do I need to enroll?
  • For personal accounts, you will need to enter your Name, Social Security Number, Checkcard Number and PIN or an Internet Banking Customer Number.
  • For business customers, you will need to enter your Name, Company Name, Tax Identification Number, and an Internet Banking Customer Number.

 

What is an Internet Banking Customer number and how do I obtain one?
An Internet Banking Customer number is simply an additional piece of information customers can use to enroll.

  • If you are enrolling to acess your personal accounts, you will not need an Internet Banking Customer Number. Simply enter your Checkcard number and Checkcard PIN to enroll.
  • If you are a small business customer, you may obtain a Customer Number at any local branch. If you did not obtain a Customer Number at the time of account opening and are unable to visit your local branch again, you may also apply online.

 

Is Regions Online Banking secure ?

 

What if I don't remember my Online ID or Password?
  • If you do not remember your Online ID, please call 1-800-4PC-BANK (1-800-472-2265).
  • You may reset your password online. Simply click on "Password Reset" located directly beneath the login box. You will be prompted to answer one of your Security Questions before resetting your password. Click here to see step-by-step instructions.

 

Can I use Microsoft Money, Quicken, or QuickBooks with Online Banking?

 

Is there a charge to connect with Microsoft Money, Quicken or QuickBooks?
  • There is no charge to use Direct Connect or Web Connect with either Microsoft Money or Quicken.
  • Web Connect can be used to download information into QuickBooks at no charge. However, if you utilize the Direct Connect Feature, there is a charge of $19.95 per month for most account types. A discounted rate of $14.95 per month is available for customers with Relationship Plus accounts.

 

Will my information be updated throughout the day?
  • Yes. If you purchase items on your Checkcard or make a deposit at a branch, you will be able to view those transactions as soon as you login to Regions Online Banking. Your pending transactions are located at the top of the Account Detail page.

 

When is the Online Banking system available?
Regions Online Banking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with the exception of these standard maintenance times:

Sunday Midnight – 6 a.m. CT
