At Regions, our core values focus on putting people first and doing what’s right. Simply put, that means our top priority is the well-being of our customers, our associates, and the communities that we serve. With the amount of attention and concern being given to coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are taking extensive steps to help ensure your health, safety, and financial wellness. In this challenging and volatile environment, we are committed to providing you and your business with the assistance and knowledge you need to navigate through this time of uncertainty.
Regions Branches Open By Drive-Thru Or Lobby Appointment Only
For the safety of our clients and associates, Regions branches are now open by drive-thru or lobby appointment only until further notice. We also continue to offer drive-thru, deposit drop box, and ATM services to aid our clients in completing account transactions.
- We encourage you to bank with us at our Regions drive-thrus or ATMs. You can find locations with drive-thru services and ATMs here.
- Lobbies will be open for appointments only. To schedule an appointment, select the “Make An Appointment” option at the bottom of any page on regions.com, on the Accounts tab of Online Banking, or in the Menu of the Regions Mobile app. As always, you can reach out to your Relationship Manager for further assistance.
Preparedness Plans for Treasury Management Services
We understand that our Treasury Management solutions are critical to helping your organization manage cash and other financial assets. As a result, we are making prudent adjustments where necessary to mitigate disruptions to your accounts, while ensuring everyone’s safety. We anticipate little to no interruption to your current services. If you have questions relating to your specific Treasury Management accounts, please reach out to your Regions Treasury Management Officer.
Regions Deposit Drop Boxes for Commercial Deposits
Deposit drop boxes are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, they are not available at all branch locations. If you have not used a Regions deposit drop box before, please contact your Relationship Manager to confirm which branch drop box will be most convenient for you. Drop boxes are located on the outside of the branch, at the drive-through or near an ATM. Accommodations are being made to ease any issues with crediting client accounts same day.
Steps for using Deposit Drop Boxes are as follows:
- Prepare your cash and checks with deposit ticket facing up in preferably a clear, two-pocket, poly-bag or an envelope. (Poly-bags may be purchased from your branch, most office supply stores, and online)
- If an envelope is used, include identifying information, including company name, store number, and Direct Deposit Account.
- Place the sealed bag in the slot.
- Deposits are normally processed the next business day. Note: Clients using Regions iTreasury may also view deposit details within the previous day’s BAI report.
- If the deposit bag is too big to fit in the small opening, you may contact your Treasury Management Officer to request a deposit drop box key, schedule an appointment to meet with a branch associate, or utilize the first lane of the drive-thru. Please note: Drop box keys will be available on a first-come first-serve basis, as we are working diligently to increase inventory.
- For further assistance on Regions Branch Deposit Guidelines, please refer to the video available on regions.com/branchdeposits, or contact your local Treasury Management Officer.
