Benefits enrollment is part of an ongoing partnership between you and Regions. The company’s role in the partnership is to offer you a top-notch selection of benefits you and your family can use to protect your health, finances and future. Your role in this partnership is to select the right benefits and to use them wisely. We recommend you learn about all the benefits options available to you before making your benefits selections.

You have three opportunities to enroll in Regions benefits

New Hire Enrollment
Newly hired associates must enroll online within 31 days from date of hire to receive benefits. Associates who do not enroll or actively waive coverage in Workday will only be enrolled in the Core High Deductible Health Plan (associate-only coverage) and company-provided benefits (Basic Life, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability).

Open Enrollment in the Fall
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review benefits options and changes to make the choices that best fit the needs of you and your family. Benefits do not automatically continue from year to year. Associates who do not enroll or actively waive coverage in Workday will only be enrolled in the Core High Deductible Health Plan (associate-only coverage) and company-provided benefits (Basic Life, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability).

Enrollment Changes Due to Life Events
If there’s been a change in your personal or financial situation, such as getting married, having a baby or loss of health coverage due to legal separation or divorce, you may qualify for the “Change in Status” special enrollment period. A Change in Status request must be submitted within 31 days of the event.
