Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential assessment, counseling and referral service for all associates* and their eligible dependents who need short-term assistance in any of the following areas:

  • Marital and family issues (parenting, eldercare, etc.)
  • Alcohol and other drug dependency
  • Stress-related issues
  • Legal and financial referrals
  • Emotional problems
  • Health
  • Personal growth
  • Work or work/life balance

Regions associates and eligible dependents will receive:

  • 24/7 phone access on a dedicated Regions toll-free number
  • Unlimited scheduled telephonic coaching
  • 24/7 web access to extensive resource materials and web-based training programs
  • Translation services for non-English-speaking or hearing-impaired individuals
  • In-person counseling sessions (up to three free visits per year per issue)

Note: Accessing EAP consultations during work hours requires use of sick or vacation time to receive pay for time off.

*Available to active associates and former associates (for 30 days following separation) and their eligible dependents.
