Once you have reviewed the Regions benefits materials and determined the benefit mix that will best suit your needs, access Workday to enroll in:

The following are company-provided benefits, which means Regions pays for the entire coverage, and you are automatically enrolled:

Enrollment in the 401(k) Plan can be completed via 401k.regions.com.

Enrollment in the Vitality Wellness Program can be completed at powerofvitality.com. See the Vitality page for details.

Easy Steps to Benefits Enrollment Online

Enrolling via Workday is easy and convenient and can be completed in just a few minutes. You can enroll from home or work 24 hours a day, seven days a week during your enrollment window.

For step-by-step instructions, access the Navigate Benefits Enrollment Aid. You will receive a Benefit Enrollment notification in your Workday inbox.

You must proceed through the enrollment process completely and select the “Submit” button to save your elections. If you exit the site before confirming your choices, your elections will not be saved, and you will not be enrolled in any benefits (except for associate-only Core High Deductible Savings Plan [medical] coverage and company-paid Basic Life Insurance and Disability).

Make sure each dependent that you want to cover is listed on each benefit screen.
