Risk Management Development Program

Emerging Talent Program

The Risk Management Development Program is an 18- to 24-month rotational program designed to expose associates to multiple Risk Management functions across the company. Associates will be positioned for long-term success by gaining hands-on experience in foundational banking and technical risk management.

The program seeks high-performing and innovative graduates who are interested in becoming experienced business professionals with a foundational knowledge of current and emerging risks through multiple rotational assignments within the organization.

Risk Rotations
Risk rotational options are offered within two primary paths: Business Risk and Quantitative Risk. Each path includes multiple rotation options. Associates may be selected to participate in rotations within one or both paths depending on the individual’s education background and interests.

Business Risk - The Business Risk path is focused on supporting lines of business and bank operations through creating and executing risk frameworks, as well as developing more transparent and deliberate processes to identify, measure, mitigate, monitor and report risks. Risk Emerging Talent Associates will complete rotations that emphasize process improvement, automation, risk framework, organizational change management, customer experience, systems implementation, systems optimization, policy, compliance, project management and other related areas.

Quantitative Risk - The Quantitative Risk path is focused on supporting lines of business and bank operations through the development, validation and ongoing support of quantitative analytics and modeling. Risk Emerging Talent Associates will complete rotations in Model Validation, Model Governance, Quantitative Risk Analytics, Financial Risk, Credit Risk and other areas.
