New Normal and Branch Safety Practices
Coronavirus Bank Resources and SupportWe're open for you, and safety is our priority
As the world continues to contend with the coronavirus pandemic, Regions remains dedicated to protecting our associates, customers and communities, and providing safe, convenient ways to bank. On July 27, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) updated its recommendations for indoor settings. In accordance with the new guidance from the CDC, we have updated our face-covering guidelines for our branches.
Banking at a Branch
Effective Aug. 4:
All associates, including those who are vaccinated, are required to wear a mask or face covering in our branches and offices. We recommend that customers and visitors also wear a face covering or mask in Regions facilities.
While we have no coronavirus occupancy limits in our branches at this time, we continue to follow other coronavirus health and safety protocols so we can safely meet your banking needs, including:
- Protective shields at cash lines and banker desks
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of our branches
For the safety of our associates, our customers and our communities, we ask that our customers and associates:
- Do not enter our branches if you have a cough, fever or other COVID-19 symptoms.
- Maintain social distance from others.
- Sneeze or cough into a tissue, handkerchief or your arm.
- Do not shake hands or make physical contact with others in the branches.
We also encourage customers to make an appointment for a more dedicated customer experience.
Regions is committed to providing accessible banking services to our customers with disabilities. Please ask your banker if you need additional accommodations.
