New Normal and Branch Safety Practices

Important Information about Coronavirus

We’re open for you — with safe and convenient options

As the world continues to emerge from the coronavirus pandemic, Regions remains dedicated to protecting our associates, customers and communities, and providing safe, convenient ways to bank. In accordance with new guidance from the CDC, we have updated our face-covering guidelines as well as other coronavirus safety protocols for our branches.

Banking at a Branch

Effective June 1, you will see the following adjustments:

  • Face coverings will no longer be required for customers in branches. Face-covering usage should follow guidelines from federal, state or local authorities. We recommend face coverings for any customer who has not been vaccinated and are requiring face coverings for any associate who has not been vaccinated.
  • Coronavirus-related occupancy limits in our branches have been lifted.

We continue to follow some coronavirus health and safety protocols in our branches so we can continue to safely meet your banking needs, including:

  • Floor markers to help maintain CDC-recommended social distancing
  • Protective shields at cash lines and banker desks
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of our branches

For the safety of our associates, our customers and our communities, we ask that our customers and associates:

  • Do not enter our branches if you have a cough, fever or other COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Maintain social distance from others.
  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue, handkerchief or your arm.
  • Do not shake hands or make physical contact with others in the branches.

We also encourage customers to make an appointment for a more dedicated customer experience in our branches.

Regions is committed to providing accessible banking services to our customers with disabilities. Please ask your banker if you need additional accommodations.
