New Normal and Branch Safety Practices

Important Information about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We’re open for you — with safe and convenient options

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’ve been able to remain open with a more controlled environment that allows for appropriate social distancing. These practices have helped us to put people first while safely meeting your banking needs. As we move forward in this season, it’s still important to continue providing safe, convenient ways to bank.

If you choose to bank at a branch

  • We encourage you to Make an Appointment when possible for visiting a branch lobby so that we can best serve you while keeping everyone safe
  • A banker will greet you at the door to facilitate branch occupancy and traffic flow practices inside the lobby
  • We’ve placed floor markers to help everyone maintain the CDC-recommended six-foot distance
  • Protective shields have been installed at cash lines and banker desks
  • We’re providing hand sanitizers and are continuing enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of our branches
  • Bankers have been provided with masks and will wear them when interacting with you
  • You will be required to wear a face covering when inside a branch
  • All our measures to help protect everyone’s health are posted in our branch lobbies

Regions is committed to providing accessible banking services to our customers with disabilities. Please ask your banker if you need additional accommodations.
