We remain open for you – with safe and convenient options

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’ve been able to remain open with a more controlled environment that allows for appropriate social distancing. These practices have helped us to put people first while safely meeting your banking needs. As we move forward in this season, it’s still important to continue providing safe, convenient ways to bank.

If you choose to bank at a branch

  • Our branch lobbies remain available by appointment only.
  • Prior to your appointment, you’ll be asked a few wellness questions to ensure we’re taking necessary precautions. 
  • Once you arrive for your appointment, you’ll be asked if your prior responses to the wellness questions have changed.
  • We’ve installed floor markers to help everyone maintain the CDC-recommended six-foot distances.
  • We’re providing hand sanitizers at each branch.
  • Our bankers have been provided with masks for them to wear to better protect themselves and you.
  • All our measures to help protect everyone’s health are posted in our branch lobbies.

In addition to banker appointments for lobby visits, you can bank in person through our drive-thru or use our Video Banking ATMs and DepositSmart ATMs®.
