  Medical Coverage     Dental Coverage
  To give you peace of mind that you’ll have health insurance when you need it, Regions provides two levels of medical and prescription coverage (Core & Advantage) through Blue Cross Blue Shield. An extensive network of providers in every state is available through partnerships with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.
    Good dental health is important, and that's why Regions provides comprehensive dental coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield for services ranging from x-rays and routine cleanings to fillings and orthodontic care.
Vision Coverage   Reimbursement Accounts
  The vision plan, provided by VSP, covers routine eye exams, as well as benefits for eyeglasses or contact lenses. VSP provides an extensive network of highly skilled and professionally certified optometrists and ophthalmologists.

Regions offers reimbursement accounts which will allow you to pay for the cost of medical, dental and vision expenses not covered by medical/dental health plans with “no-tax” dollars. You can also establish an account to pay cost of qualified dependent daycare expenses with “no-tax” dollars.

Life Insurance Coverage   Disability Coverage
  Regions provides basic life insurance at no cost to you. Regions also offers you the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for you and/or your family.
    In the event of a qualified disability, Regions provides coverage at no cost to you. You are eligible for disability coverage 90 days following the date of hire. Regions disability coverage includes benefits for both short-term and long-term disabilities.

401(k) Plan   Training and Career Development

The 401(k) plan gives you a great opportunity to save and invest. After a year of service, you can contribute a percentage of your compensation each pay period on a pre-tax or after-tax basis. Regions assists to build your future and works with you to help your 401(k) plan investment grow.


Regions provides you the tools to succeed at your job. Training opportunities run from product knowledge to computer skills to management techniques. You’ll be able to take classes in person, on the computer, and through self-study video and audio.

Regions recognizes the importance of time away from work for leisure, rest and recreation. Regions provides a competitive vacation schedule to eligible Associates according to their length of service and/or position. Regions also understands that unexpected emergencies will arise. Associates can earn paid time off which can be used for your own incapacitating injury or illness, the care of sick members of the immediate family, visits to a physician or dentist, or to satisfy the elimination period for Short Term disability.


Regions provides a variety of attractive benefits including the following:
  • Regions Employee Assistance Program is a confidential service to provide professional counseling and referral services for child and elder care. These services are provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Regions tuition reimbursement program offers assistance to associates for completion of undergraduate degree programs, subject to job applicability.
  • Regions Matching Gifts Program allows the company to match 100% of associate charitable contributions of $25 or more to eligible organizations.
