  • Log in to Online Banking from a desktop computer and select Message Us from the bottom right of the screen to send and receive messages.
  • In the mobile app, find the icon in the top right of any screen to access support. Or, select Help & Resources in the main menu, then Contact & Support.
Help is only a tap away. Our conversation history carries over between Online Banking and the mobile app. You can send or review messages at your own pace, in either place. Tell me in a few words what support you’re looking for and I’ll offer quick assistance.   • Speed — I can answer questions and offer guidance in real time, so you’ll get the fast, knowledgeable support we know you rely on from us. Bankers are available Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CT.

You can reach me in the Regions Green Line Digital Banking Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-472-2265. Here are a few things I can do over the phone:

  • Reset your Online Banking ID and/or password
  • Update your account phone number and/or email address
  • Order or cancel your debit or credit cards
  • Refund first-time fees for some transactions
