Enabling Javascript

JavaScript, a programming language used by your browser to communicate with Regions Online Banking and properly display pages, is required to be enabled on your browser. The following instructions describe how to enable JavaScript on recommended browsers. If your browser isn't listed, please consult your browser’s online help pages to learn more.

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Select Options from the Tools menu.
  3. Click on the Content icon.
  4. Check Enable JavaScript.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Reload.
  1. Open Safari.
  2. Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Check Enable JavaScript.
  5. Close the window.
  6. Click Reload.
Internet Explorer
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Select the Security tab.
  4. Click the Internet zone.
  5. Click the Custom Level button.
  6. Scroll down to the Scripting section.
  7. Select Enable for Active Scripting and Scripting of Java Applets.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Select YES if a box appears to confirm.
  10. Click OK. Close window.
  1. Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. On the "Settings" page, click the Show advanced settings... link.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings...
  5. Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) in the "JavaScript" section.
  6. Click Done.
