General:

1. What is a Regions Visa® Now Card?
The Regions Now Card is a reloadable Visa Prepaid Card that is a smart way to control your money.  It’s safe, secure and easy to use.  And you can only spend what you have, so there are no costly overdraft or interest fees.

2. Is there an upfront fee to get the Now Card?
There is a $4 issuance fee when you purchase the Now Card. However, if you use Regions’ Check Cashing service to cash a check and have the funds loaded to a Now Card at the time of purchase, there is no issuance fee for the card.

3. Is there a monthly maintenance fee?

Yes, there is a $5 monthly maintenance fee, which can be waived if you have a total of $500 in direct deposits loaded to the Now Card for the monthly cycle.

4. How do I get a Regions Now Card?
Temporary cards are instantly issued when you purchase a Regions Now Card at any Regions retail branch location.  Or you can get your Now Card online at www.regions.com/nowcard. With either option, a permanent card with your name embossed on the front will arrive in the mail within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Do I need to be a current Regions customer to receive a Now Card?
No, you do not have to be a current Regions customer to get a Regions Now Card.

6. How is the Regions Now Card different from a Regions CheckCard, Credit Card, or Gift Card?
A Now Card is not tied to a checking or savings account like a CheckCard is; you only use what you load.  Unlike a Gift Card, a Regions Now Card can be reloaded (subject to card balance limits) and may be used at an ATM to obtain cash.

7. What is the difference between the temporary card and the permanent card?
If you obtain an instant issuance card at a Regions Branch, this is the temporary card and it is not personalized with your name. The permanent card you receive in the mail will have your name embossed.

Usage:
