If you are already enrolled in Regions Personal Pay with your email address and mobile number, any funds sent will be automatically credited to your account. However, if someone sent you funds to a different email address or mobile number than what is provided on the Personal Pay Service Setup screen, you may follow the easy steps below to claim your funds.
: Select Personal Pay
from the Payments
The first time you access this page, you are required to accept the Personal Pay Terms and Conditions.
: Select the Overview
link to review any Incoming Payments you may be expecting.
Alternatively, you can click on the Activity link to review payments as well.
: If you have pending payments, they will appear under the Upcoming and Recent Transactions heading. Click on the Show icon / link
to expand the section and see your pending payments.
: Here you will see a list of all your pending payments. To see details about a particular payment, click the arrow icon
to the left of the payment you wish to review.
: You can review all of the payment details here.
