How do I add an account to My GreenInsights?

You can add an account to My GreenInsights quickly and easily by following these steps:

1) Login to Regions Online Banking and select “Insights” from your Account Overview

2) Select the "Add" button.

3) Enter your financial institution’s name into the search box.

4) Select the correct institution from the options that appear.

5) Enter your login information exactly as you would when logging into your account with that financial institution and select “Connect.” If you are unsure of which credentials to use, please test by logging directly into your financial institution’s website before contacting Regions support.

5) To classify your account(s) by type, choose the closest choice. If the exact account type is not listed, input a custom account name. This can also be edited from the Dashboard. 

6) Select “Save.”
