How do I check the status of a disputed transaction?

Once you have disputed a transaction and filed a claim, you can check the status of the investigation. If you wish to check the status of your claim, call the Regions Green Line® at 1-800-REGIONS (734-4667) or visit your local branch and a Regions representative will review the status with you.

Additionally, if you filed a claim on a Regions CheckCard, Now Card, or ATM Card transaction, you will be given a 10-digit Claim ID Number. Keep this number handy. If you have questions about your dispute, a Regions representative can use your Claim ID number to quickly check your Claim Status. The Claim Status indicates where your claim is in the dispute process.
